Colorado-grown basil, pecorino romano, parmigiano, garlic, pine nuts, and Italian olive oil combine for a pesto that blows store-bought out of the water. No preservatives, no fillers, no low-quality ingredients. This sauce goes with everything: any pasta shape, chicken, fish, vegetables, caprese, sandwiches.... You name it, it's probably better with pesto.
